Yes. Land by Water is built specifically for waterfront and water-access property, including lakefront, riverfront, coastal, recreational, residential, land, farm, and related property types.
What if my waterbody is not listed?
Use the missing waterbody request page to submit the river, lake, or coastal market. Our team can review it and add it to the platform.
Can I save my listing as a draft?
Yes. New listings are saved as drafts first so you can review, polish, and complete the details before publishing.
Accounts & Billing
Do I need a paid plan to browse listings?
No. You can browse listings, save favorites, create custom searches, receive listing alerts, and contact agents or sellers with a free Consumer Account. Paid plans are only required if you want to list properties or access professional features as an FSBO seller, agent, or brokerage.
What account types are available?
Use the missing waterbody request page to submit the river, lake, or coastal market. Our team can review it and add it to the platform.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Subscription management will be handled through the billing portal once fully connected. Until then, contact support for billing questions.
Maps & Property Details
Can I place the map pin exactly where the property is?
Yes. The listing form allows the property pin to be moved so the coordinates can be saved more accurately.
Can listings include a LandID map?
Yes. Listings can include a LandID embed field so users can add a more detailed interactive property map when available.
Can listings include virtual tours?
Yes. Listings can include a virtual tour or video URL to help buyers better understand the property.

How do I report a technical issue?
Use the support page or contact page and select technical website issues. Include what page you were on, what happened, and what device you were using.
Who do I contact about advertising?
Visit the advertising page and submit an inquiry. Advertising packages are quoted based on market, placement, duration, and campaign goals.
